Dear Donna, Kathleen, Ann and Families,

So sorry to hear the news. I have so many fond memories of Chuck. He really touched our lives in many ways, and will never be forgotten.

I know for certain that we never lose the people we love, even to death.  They continue to participate in every act, thought and decision we make.  Their love leaves an indelible imprint in our memories.  We find comfort in knowing that our lives have been enriched by having shared their love.   Leo Buscaglia

I met a good man along my path of life as I have met many good and outstanding men along this path of life but somehow Chuck Medicus stood out as a very distinguished gentleman with a kind heart and gifted. I met him at a sister cities conference in San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato.

My condolences to his family, may he rest in peace and be embraced by the Great Architect of the Universe.

Donna, Kathleen and Family,
We are so sad to hear of your loss. Chuck was a lifelong family friend, from Perris to Palmdale, and then there was the time he flew his plane to Pahrump to attend my parents' 50th wedding anniversary. We send our love, thoughts and prayers to you. May God bless us all, and may He bring you comfort in you happy memories of Chuck.

Donna, Kathleen, Ann and families,
I am so sorry to hear of Chuck's passing. I enjoyed every minute working with him from 1973 until he retired. He was a treat to be around and a fine officer. We had lots of fun on the highways of the Antelope Valley. I will miss Chuck and think of him everytime I go Fox field for breakfast. Scott and Jill Weldy CHP retired.

To Kathleen and Ann, So sorry to hear about your Dad. My Mom and I are thinking about you both and your family. I can just see our Dads climbing up the path in the Sierra's trying to get us girls to follow along. Do you remember that trip? I do. I can just see your Dad, my Dad and Dave kicking up their heels, oh Lord I hope he's prepared. My thoughts and prayers go out to your both. And may the good Lord keep you both in his arms. I know he is with you at this time and always. Blessings, Cyndee
